Here we are six weeks later and I'm still running. It's now become routine. Brett always takes his morning nap around 11, so we all pack up about 5 minutes before then and hit the gym. I'm just running at our complex so I sit him either in his carseat or stroller next to me and he immediately falls asleep. It's funny because the moment I finish he wakes up. It works out perfectly! It's a 9 week program so I have 3 left after this week. Next week will be the real test, all running, no walking breaks.
Like I said before though I'm not one to just go run or workout on my own, it's best if I have a plan to follow, so I think after the C25K is over I'll start training for a 10K; otherwise, I'm fearful that I will just stop altogether.
I don't love running yet (I never really have), but I have a lot more energy and am a lot happier so I do love that!
So I must have missed your first running post. Whit I am so proud of you! I promise you will get to where you enjoy running. I honestly get DEPRESSED if I miss a run now! Keep it up!
